- Return Policy
Return Period:
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Products beyond this period will not be refunded.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
The original invoice or order confirmation email must be attached.
Inapplicable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return: Discounted or promotional items.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment account. - Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs: Unless there is a quality issue or the item was incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If your item was incorrectly shipped or has a quality issue, we will cover the corresponding shipping costs.
- Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return it according to our return policy.
